"This company is the best. They arrived
ahead of the time they said they would be here. Dave is a great person
to deal with. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, and he
fixed the problem right away. Customer service is pretty bad these days
but this company has given me hope that someone does care about the
customer and not just for the buck."

Got Incentive ?
With 50%
of your utility charges resulting from maintaining temperatures
in your home, it pays to do all possible to keep your air conditioning -
heating
system operating at peak efficiency.
Replace Inefficient AC Equipment
The industry defines the
efficiency of an air conditioning system in terms of
Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio; a
measure of cooling efficiency for air conditioners and heat pumps. The
higher the SEER, the more energy efficient the unit.
Ten years ago, a system with an SEER of 10 was
considered good... Today a SEER of 16 or better is becoming the
standard. The difference to the home owner may be a matter of $40 to $60
per month in utility costs.
Both APS and SRP are presently
offering rebates ranging from $175 to $525 for the replacement of
existing inefficient heat pump and central air conditioners systems with
qualifying high efficiency systems.
In addition to the power company rebate,
you may be eligible for a federal energy-efficiency tax credit of up to
$300.
Alliance customers will also benefit from reduced operating costs, a 10 year parts and
labor warranty, and the Alliance Exclusive 100% Satisfaction
Guarantee.

and provide you with our Best Value Solution.

Schedule an
APS Advanced Tune Up
An APS Advanced AC Tune up can improve your air conditioning system's
performance by as much as 10%.
APS has a new
program to make sure your AC system performs at optimum efficiency.
APS will pay $100 per System (maximum 5 per location) to have an
APS approved contractor perform an Advanced AC Tune Up on your
system using state of the art diagnostic equipment.
To qualify, the unit must be between 2 and 5 tons cooling capacity, at
least three years old, and connected to a duct system. The program
is limited to the first 5300 units qualifying during 2011.
The APS Advanced Tune Up provides a comprehensive measurement of your
entire air conditioning system to ensure it is operating at peak
efficiency and includes:
-
Verification of air flows and temperatures.
(Technician may recommend improvements for inadequate duct systems
which would be performed for additional cost at owner option.)
-
Check of AC unit refrigerant charge and adjust as needed.
(Unit will be leak checked prior to charge determination.
Leak repair may involve additional costs.)
-
Inspect all system components for wear. Tighten loose
electrical connections. Lubricate motors as applicable.
Check and adjust fan speeds as required. Clean or replace
standard filter. Provide basic drain line cleaning.
-
Chemically clean condenser coils.
(Cleaning of indoor coil my involve additional cost.)
- Digitally record
equipment performance data before and after tune up and submit to APS
for rebate approval.
The APS Advanced Tune
Up will be invoiced at $175.00, and the home owner will receive a rebate
from APS in the amount of $100.00.
If you are an APS customer, call today to take advantage of the ultimate
