"Found our heat pump not heating at 10:30 in the evening. Called Alliance Comfort Systems at 8:15 the next morning. I was told the Tech would be here between 9:00 and 10:00, he arrived at 9:45. He was very professional and assessed the problem and made the needed repairs. He even put on cloth booties over his shoes when inside the house. Alliance Comfort Systems was established in 1996 by Dave Miller and John Samuelson. These men shared an idea to form an air conditioning and refrigeration service company for residential and commercial accounts that would more cost effectively address the needs of the client.

As former operations and service managers for nationally recognized firms in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry, with combined experience exceeding 40 man years, each of these men contribute to the policies and direction of Alliance.
